In the quest for growth and sustainability, businesses often overlook their IPs as valuable assets for securing capital, when in fact they offer a transformative edge for IP-intensive enterprises. IP-backed financing, as an alternative fundraising approach, remains relatively nascent due to the complexity of intangible asset valuation. This Session gathers key stakeholders in the ecosystem to discuss current trends, share best practices and shed light on the potential of bringing IP financing to the mainstream.
